Chris installed 3 built-in kitchen appliances for us. Since modifications were required to the wall cut-outs, the store installers wouldn’t do it, but Chris did a great job and responded to us quickly.
Chris did an excellent job at removing the old appliances and installing all of our new kitchen appliances. He is a very professional and knowledgeable installer. All they appliances look like they were installed in a brand-new house.
Chris was easy to work with. He was very responsive and on time. As promised, he did not take long to uninstall and install an OTR microwave. Good quality work and also tested/set up the microwave. Will use them again for future installs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no charge for us to come out and do a detail measure for any appliance installation! We will also give you a detailed quote for any modifications or additions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact with customer to set a convenient time for us to come out and do a detail measure or to schedule their appointment for install. We call the evening prior for scheduling confirmation. We give a 2 hour window for arrival. When we have completed the job to the customers satisfaction, we clean up as if we were never there, leaving a smile on the customers face!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the home building industry for over 16 years.
