FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would ask them for a consultation and ask them enough questions to get a feel for them. Knowing the right answers to these questions will indicate if they know what they are doing or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers I like to ask what we are trying to install. Find out if it’s possible for me to come and measure to make sure what they’ve purchased will fit which I do at no cost. Then we can discuss price of installation and time frames
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this line of work for almost 13 years. I’ve been trained with subzero, wolf, and Bosch to know their appliances. I’ve installed just about anything you can think of in the appliance world.
