- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discounts on all repairs to all first responders, past and present military personnel and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would schedule a time to come out to the home in order to give a proper evaluation. (I cannot give an accurate diagnosis over the phone ). Once I establish what is wrong, I will advise the customer what I found and what the best remedy is going forward. All costs for the repair will be given to the customer in writing. Upon approval, I will get the part from my truck if I have it on hand. If I have to order the part, I require a portion of the quoted price before I order the part. This is done so if the customer changes their mind, I will have the 30% restocking fee to return the part. All repairs carry a one year warranty on the part and a 90 day warranty on the labor. You will be satisfied with our work.
