My experience with Jasmine was all of the above. She communicated what time she would arrive. She arrived and got right away to installing my washer, dryer and new refrigerator. She even showed me how to replace the dryer plug (from 3 prong to a 4 prong L shape), and loosened of the screws of the old plug and gave me more instructions on correcting the new plug correctly. I did it myself without having additional charges. I don't believe another tech would have been so considerate. I plan to use Jasmine again on my next project as well as take advantage of her cleaning services.
They did a great job identifying and fixing an issue which required immediate attention . Highly recommend them for home appliances .

Jasmine and her brother, Joe, arrived early, thoroughly checked out my dishwasher, found out why it was leaking and fixed it. They also went to get a new soap dispenser which had been out for a couple of years and replaced it. Now everything is working well! They are also looking for gaskets for my refrigerator and freezer (which are very old) so they can replace them. I highly recommend Jasmine and Joe! They have a can-do attitude which serves them well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the consultation, if repair is agreed then the 90 will be included in the repair cost, it is a diagnosis. Repair cost will include labor and parts bought. There is a fee if I go to pick up parts and I do not charge a second trip charge within same repair project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration certified, Pool operator license
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle was a contractor at the time. He told me that i would enjoy this type of work since i was a busy, fix it, put it together type of kid. I got into hvac and haven't stopped since.
