Cisco truly went above and beyond to working with us. Had multiple issues with other contractors that delayed our turf. Despite how annoying I knew this was, Ciscos priority was doing the best job possible. When we were ready for the install Cisco moved things around to get us in next day! His crew was professional and efficient. Completing the job more quickly than the original estimate. Overall was a pleasure to work with Cisco on this project. Truly loving the end result.

Had a great experience with DFW Turf from start to finish on our small backyard putting green. Quick response to initial inquiry, was patient while I got another offer. Once we decided on their solution, install date quickly set. Communication was outstanding through it all. One small post installation item needed to be dealt with which it was immediately. Great job by DFW Turf Solutions and a shout out to Jeremy Rios our rep, who was fantastic.

Jeremy was amazing. He explained the difference in the various types of turf that was offered in a way that made sense. He answered all of my questions over a 3-4 week long span, and he answered them in a patient manner, making me feel extremely comfortable working with him. He was very responsive every time I reached out. Even though my job was a smaller one, he treated it exactly how I wanted him to, with care. I own a construction company myself, and would be proud to have someone like Jeremy representing my company.The crew showed up as scheduled, and worked diligently to get the job done. They actually left my backyard and back patio cleaner than it was before they got there. The final product is exactly what I envisioned. Its perfect. My wife loves it, and my dog couldnt be happier!Thank you to Jeremy, the crew, and everyone at DFW Turf Solutions. You guys are the best!
