I really enjoy working with Mr.Brown He’s very personable and knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fitness. has a thorough understanding of different exercise routines and is careful to tailor each workout to what we think is best to focus on that day. Mr. Brown is also very flexible with his schedule. If you need the motivation to get you through to your fitness goals, I highly recommend training with Mr.Brown.
