Thank you for your interest in playing the guitar. First, let me say that no one learns to play the guitar with a few easy lessons. No one offers that because it is not possible. If the cost of lessons will prohibit you from taking them, you should not involve yourself in the first place. Ok, so let's assume that you can afford lessons, and are serious about taking them. Some folks are still uncertain if this is something they want to invest their time and money on. I have plenty of openings, and to encourage you to sign on to this endeavor, I am offering an unprecedented program to encourage you to find out where you fit in the scheme of things. For beginners, I am offering 5 weeks of introductory classes for a flat fee of $100. Nobody else does that. If you decide to continue classes, I will teach you to read music for guitar for $25 an hour. No one else is doing that either. Advanced classes (major and minor scales and pentatonic major and minor scales, as well as chord progressions, blues, rock and country, playing lead guitar - songs/jam) are $30 an hour (still cheaper than most, and first class, first rate lessons). I am a professional musician/teacher with over 50 years to my credit. I will not only amaze you, but I will teach you to amaze yourself. Attendance on a weekly basis is mandatory, and so is practicing at home. My studio is small, intimate and casual, fully equipped with everything you need to accomplish your goals.
