Daniel did some patch work for me. I had some deep burn marks in my carpet. He came in, it took about 20 mins and the burn marks were gone. Highly recommend!!!
I had some holes in my carpet and did not want to pay for replacing the entire floor. He was able to do the job very quickly and it looks great! I wish I would have done this years ago

A seamless transaction in every way. My closet flooded from a water leak and I needed the wet carpet and pad removed and a new piece of carpet and pad installed. I provided the carpet and he provided the pad. It looks like new. I highly recommend No Problem Carpet Care!!!

pricing is reasonable and fair. The only additional charge will be trip charge if is more than 30 miles.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, communicate with customer, listen to what customer wants
second, agree to a price of the work and schedule a appointment with a 2 hr window open
third, call customer a day before to confirm appointment for next day
fourth, call customer when I'm heading towards there way.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was first introduced the carpet cleaning industry by my uncle, then I learn the repairs with the time I was there.
