This review is specific to Inspection of a new home HVAC system and our first experience with Calverley. I chose Calverly because of the recommendation from Lennox, the array of high online reviews and the transparency of the services offered by the company in their website. We set up an appointment 3 weeks in advance as we had plenty of time to close on our home. The Dispatch team (Yolanda) called me twice to confirm the appointment (Day before and on the day of the appointment - nice touch).The technicians (Kyle and Jason) arrived right on time and they took care of the Inspection in 2 hrs (we have 3 units). We also met Nile (Sales). The team were amazing (all of them) - super professional, took their time to answer ALL our questions, we discussed options to keep and replace our (still functional) 13- years old units. Nile provides us with very useful information about new systems, etc. Jason and Kyle set us up on a Service plan and already took care of a couple of minor preventive items.On discussion with Jason about plumbing services, he called Dispatch and set us up with a plumber inspection im 2 days. As our interaction wasnt an emergency, or a rushed experience, EVERYTHING went as Great as this experience could be. 5 stars to Calverley and 6 stars to Kyle, Jason and Nile - I know that Im dealing with honest people and companies when Im not pushed to buy something I dont need, Calverley is that type of Company- thank you and I look forward to working with you.

It took them a while to get out here. I had a problem with my lines for three days. Once they were here, Corey took me by the hand and told me what was wrong. Within 45 minutes my problem was taken care of. I was told a whole different thing by another plumber who wanted upwards of 800 dollars. Corey is a fantastic young man who i will gladly give my business too. I let him know this. Upstanding human being. We just hit it off right from the get go. The woman in the office was real nice. At times i was in tears telling her what i had gone thru with the other company. She took everything in stride. A company that leaves you in tears is not a company to deal with. Calverley made everything much better. I highly recommend... Thank you so much for a job well done. Thank you Corey for being the decent Human being that you are.

July 21, 2020. I was having a potential cooling issue with AC. Called Calverly and they scheduled service within the hour. Conrado Garcia arrived really quick on a really hot day and thoroughly checked the system, found no problems and explained everything. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Really pleased with the service and extra attention he provided. I continue to recommend Calverly.March 16, '18. Another very good experience. Greg provided great service on a recent maintenance A/C check-up. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the extra attention he gave in making sure everything is performing right. He is courteous and wants to be sure the customer is satisfied. Ask for Greg R.! (From May '16). Great job from Eddie and his crew Garrett and Jason. They were real friendly and worked great together. It looked like they really enjoy what they do and did an expert job installing a complete AC/Heater system. I recommend that team. And thanks to Doug (comfort adviser) and Tony (mgr) for their excellent customer service.

August 4, 2020...Jason and Miguel came out to replace a damper in our unit. Our AC was not cooling in accodance with the thermostat. We had it set at 70 and it was 77 uptairs and felt like 82. The original check up on Sunday which Service Experts got me a same day appointnent. It was Jadon who vame out at 8pm. He explained to me that the damper was not opening and giving the AC the prooer air flow. He ordered the part on Monday and he and Miguel came Tuesday Morning at 8am. I overslept and they had the office call ti ensure I was home. They didn't want me to wait another day and for that I'm very appreciative.They replaced and made the necessary adjustments. As usual I was very satisfied with the overall service. Keep up the great work Jason and Miguel!!!!!During the process they kept me informed as to where they were doingin the process. Calvary Service Experts has 2 extremely professional, talented and dedicated employees. Thank you for an outstanding an awesome job!!
