Great experience with temp techs! Drove a long way to get to me to mount my tv on wall. And then once he got the mount up we had a problem with the plugs sticking too far out to hang the tv up. He went out of his way to go to Walmart to buy a surge protector to make it all work. Went above and beyond to get the job done! Would recommend to anyone!Sep 25, 2017Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Through the Week, We are a Team of 2 in 1 Truck. We may have multiple jobs scheduled for the Day & sometimes we may be delayed for different reasons. Such as, Traffic Jams, (We drive all over Texas) we need gas, food, or the Previous Job is taking longer than expected. This is the reason the Telephone, Cable, Internet, or Electric Company gives you a Window when the Tech will show up. So that youre not expecting him to arrive precisely on the hour but give him a Window during the Day to Show Up. We need the same courtesy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I worked with Computers while in the U.S. Air Force and decided to go into I.T. after leaving the Air Force. Then I decided to start and run my own Business. One of my Customers needed PC Monitors Repaired, I noticed Repairing TV's was the same as Monitors. Then I realized most of my Customers want their TV Mounted on the Wall, so we started doing that too.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We work with all types of Customers, from Residential and small to very Large Companies.
