Introduction: As a State license and Biblical Counseling degree holder, I am trained to integrate spiritual life aspects into counseling, which is a vital aspect of a person. Thus I have taken several hours of extra courses that have equipped me to use a variety of resources in Scripture and theology and integrate them with psychological theory and techniques such as Person-Centered, Gestalt, Psycho-dynamic, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and especially Cognitive Behavioral theory. I feel I was created to counsel others, which is in my definition, walking with someone through the muck and mire of life, helping them to improve personally and live an abundant life. It is a privilege to share in the personal life of someone other than yourself and I find it to be a joyful experience to help others the way I have been helped.
