Juan was a great instructor for our courses. We are in a warehouse environment and needed to get 10 people trained in FirstAid and CPR. He was very personable and all the feedback from the students was positive. We enjoyed the class and will be using him for future classes.

Juan was a wonderful instructor. He made everything go really smooth. He came to my Dad's home and taught CPR to me, my son and my Dad who is 82 years old. I was afraid he would have a hard time keeping my Dad's attention but he was very professional, a great guy who I am really glad to have met, and did an excellent job keeping all three of us engaged. Juan is an excellent instructor. His class was informative, and his teaching was clear and thorough. My team received their cards the same day they received their training. Juan is personable and easy to work with and accommodated our restrictive and immediate need training schedule requirements without hesitation. The cost will depend on the type of CPR the customer needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to the company representative and we work on setting up training to fit their need for both the company and each employee. When that is complete that will determine the price the company will pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have to recertify every 2 years through the Red Cross and I must teach at least 20 CPR classes and presentations a year. So my presentation skills are always top notch.
