- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to each client's particular needs. We offer both package deals as well as à la carte options, and can add in extras such as a luxury photobooth, uplighting, monogrammed lighting, a projector/screen, special effects, and overtime as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're as involved as we need to be! Some clients want guidance from start to finish, like many engaged couples who haven't hired a wedding planner. We're happy to assist with preparing a timeline (using our handy mobile app), offer music suggestions, customize a game to entertain the group, etc. Other clients have much of this decided already, and only need us to integrate into their existing plans. We're more than comfortable working either way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're constantly working to stay in touch with what's going on in the world of recorded music and live events. We're familiar with a wide array of genres and what will work for different groups, plus we are active in numerous DJ networking groups which provide an ever-evolving education on the art of event entertainment.
