You’ll know exactly what the cost will be before any work begins. We also offer tiered loyalty discounts based on your lifetime spending with us, plus additional discounts for military, first responders, educators, and medical personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on making your first experience with Quad2 Electric smooth, clear, and pressure-free: 1. Initial Contact: Once you reach out, our scheduling team will gather details about your electrical issue or project so your technician arrives informed and prepared. 2. On-Site Assessment: Your licensed electrician arrives within your scheduled time window, performs a full evaluation, and presents you with clear, upfront pricing and multiple repair or upgrade options. 3. Approval & Completion: If you’re ready, we get started right away—most repairs are completed the same day. 4. Follow-Up: After the job, we’ll double-check to make sure you’re satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are state-licensed, background checked, and drug tested for your peace of mind. Many of our team members have completed formal electrical trade school programs and ongoing code training. As the owner, I personally have over 15 years of experience in residential electrical service, with more than 16,000 hours on the job, including 8,000+ hours focused specifically on troubleshooting and repair work in homes.
