- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is my current pricing for various types of fences. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Day one we'll look at the site and figure out how to proceed. Normally I need to know how to handle obstructions in the fence line (trees, bushes, etc.) I always keep my client informed about my progress and we decide together what the best solution is when problems occur.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a woodworker. I used to make furniture for family and friends. When the Great Recession hit, I lost my "corporate" job and decided to pursue my dream. Fencing is very fulfilling.
