Excalibur Fence and Decks built a 32' x 12' deck for my family. I am so pleased with the product and service that they provided! The deck and attention to detail was fantastic and above what I was originally hoping for when looking for a company to build my deck. There were a couple of issues that arose during the project, which is normal in my experience with construction as not everything goes exactly as planned. The thing that I loved is that Excalibur Fence and Decks communicated with me the entire time to let me know what was going on and how they were going to make sure that my deck came out with the highest level of craftsmanship. I could not have asked for better communication from them and will certainly use them in the future for my fencing needs and hopefully to build a pergola in the future!

I needed the work to be completed before next weekend, they were able to come out and do the job within a couple days, so I was willing to pay a little extra to get it done quickly. I could have dug a little deeper into the specifics of how I wanted the job done, but I didn't, and it still worked out OK.

Quality workmanship at an affordable price. After several bad experiences with contractors it was refreshing to have a reliable contractor that did exactly what he said he would do and showed up exactly when he said he would. This was a very good experience indeed. I highly recommend Clayton and Excalibur Fence and Decks.

Really pleased with the work they did and how reasonable on the pricing compared to other quotes. Love how our pool equipment enclosure turned out. We have no hidden fees and I never raise the price on the job unless more work is added on and discussed
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer and going over the job, getting it on my schedule. Then before the job I usually meet 1 more time before we start to insure we are in the same page and then taking care of the job
