- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straight forward pricing so you'll always know down to the dollar what the repair will cost before we move forward with any repairs. If there is a need for a replacement of any major equipment, we'll give you all of your options and let you make the final decision with zero pressure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all our customer the same, both new and existing. We go above and beyond to inspect and take care of the customers issues and make sure the HVAC system is in great working condition. Safety, efficiency and reliability is key to how the system works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training as the HVAC industry seems to change by the minute! All technicians are EPA certified as well as being well versed with multiple, brand-specific training certifications. We continue to look for new classes and trainings to keep up with the ever changing HVAC industry and government requirements. Training our team is a very high priority for our company.
