- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of the services I do have a standard pricing. Such as pressure washing which is done by the square foot for flat surfaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with the customer. Listen to what they are wanting to get done. Come up with a couple of different game plans for them to chose from. Answer any questions they have regarding the bid and or process on how the job is going to be completed. Once the job is started I keep the owner up to date on the process of the job any problems that may arise that we may have to address. Once the job is completed I walk around with the owner and make sure they are happy with the outcome with the agreed upon repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on. I have been working around residential and commerical construction sites for over 30 years.
