Creative Touch reupholstered a recliner I had for years. It was well worn with rips in the fabric on the arms and a sagging seat. Creative Touch was professional and finished the work ahead of schedule. They offered complementary pick up and delivery services. Others wanted to charge up to $200 for those services. I’m very satisfied with the result and am including before and after photos of the recliner. The grey leather is the before and the brown leather is the after.

Creative touch did an amazing job of refinishing two arm chairs and an antique rocking chair for me. I couldnt be more pleased with the transformation. The blue is before and the red is after.

I contacted Fiberenew after a newly adopted cat used a leather chair to sharpen his claws in a furnished home I rented. The damage was pretty bad. Fiberenew was the only company that returned my call.After reviewing the photos, Joseph gave me a reasonable quote, and we booked an appointment for the repair. After he worked on the damage for a bit, he concluded he would not be able to repair the leather, and instead, it would need to be replaced.Joseph took responsibility and took the chair with him. It was ready less than a week later, and he stood by his quote.The chair looks brand new, and theres no evidence there was any damage. The whole encounter was incredibly professional and it was apparent Joseph takes great care in his work and for his reputation.I absolutely recommend Fiberenew. This is a great company!

Bought a genuine leather jacket in Australia last year and somehow I got a sticker on it. When I went to remove it, long came some leather fibers with it leaving my jacket damaged. I looked up leather repair places nearby and saw this one. They responded timely and fixed my jacket within days. Reasonably priced and my jacket looks brand new! I am really impressed and thankful to have found this service. Highly recommend.
