We provide fixed cost estimates after a thorough 30-point inspection. You will never pay for a site visit or inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work to understand the initial cause of concern and then dispatch a field service professional to complete a thorough diagnostic. Once the diagnostic is completed, the field service professional will address the main reason you called us out and provide additional recommendations as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have completed thousands of hours of on-the-job training. The average technician completes roughly 600 work orders per year.
