I contacted this company in August to repair my gate. I received a quote to take out a broken gate and replace with new one(same as the one before, just newer). They came about a week or two later and the nightmare began. the first part i paid on september 1st (I have my receipts through my bank with the dates). They had issues with scheduling, not showing up multiple times, issues with taking parts(the chain) back to the warehouse and such. The job was completed on october 16th, but the chain they installed broke two days later. I have contacted them multiple times to come fix it. They either don’t show up for appointments, and when they do it takes forever to get the job done. they STILL haven’t come back to fix the chain(It’s December now). DO NOT hire them for a job with your gate.

I didn’t have a positive experience with them. The Installer replaced the door opener. I don’t know how he did it but now the garage door is jammed and won’t even open properly. He was going to leave some electrical wires exposed until I asked multiple times if that’s unsafe and should be capped. Charged nearly $400 just to leave me with more expensive repairs 😡
