We provide free on-site estimates with no trip charge. Customers receive upfront pricing before any work begins, and we offer discounts for veterans, first responders, teachers, and seniors. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection and diagnosis of the garage door system. Our technician explains the issue, reviews available repair or replacement options, and provides upfront pricing. Once approved, most repairs can be completed on the same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive hands-on training in garage door repair, spring replacement, opener installation, door balancing, and safety systems. We work with all major garage door and opener brands and follow industry safety standards.
