What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always prefer a in site visit to know all details about the place that need the service. That allows me to be precise with price based on the real needs. As I have a base price for concrete slabs I always state that increase can be needed if there is extra work that needs to be done such as re located sprinklers heads or valves, leveling, etc. Same happens with similar services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Getting the estimate -Contract signed with scope of work included -Draws of payments specifically for work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Irrigación course -Concrete workshop -Landscaping Workshop -Courses for leve rock by the company I worked for 9 years -OSHA
