What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always prefer a in site visit to know all details about the place that need the service. That allows me to be precise with price based on the real needs. As I have a base price for concrete slabs I always state that increase can be needed if there is extra work that needs to be done such as re located sprinklers heads or valves, leveling, etc. Same happens with similar services.
