FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically price somewhere between the neighborhood handyman and your big box store. We have experienced specialists in their fields and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". That being said, our Operational costs are low and we pass the savings on to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For small projects like Painting, Basic Home Repairs, Plumbing Needs, etc. we can sometimes give Estimates without visiting in-person, based on photos and approx. dimensions. For larger projects such as Bathroom and Kitchen Remodels, or Additions; we will come visit in-person to get dimensions, photos, and do our best to consider all factors of the project. Usually within 24-48 hours, we will have an Estimate delivered to you. Typically we will show you a couple or three options that vary in the extent of work we do and materials we use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Third-Generation Construction/Remodeling expert that dates back to my Grandfather building in Germany for our U.S. Troops in World War 2. I have worked with a number of different Residential and Commercial General Contractors, Remodeling Experts, Home-Flipping Experts, Make-Ready Experts, and Trained Specialists who have passed their knowledge and craft on to me. I've worked in a wide variety of challenging scenarios and always work hard to make sure my customers are delivered a high-quality product.
