He was very courteous and answered all my questions. Was very impressed that he removed the old toilet for disposal and cleaned up after himself. He installed a bidet for me and adjusted some kitchen sink plumbing that sometimes leaked and stopped another toilet from running and wasting water.

We needed an evaluation for a possible plumbing issue inside the wall we found after an appliance installation. They were out here the same day we called! Their master plumber explained that the spots we were observing were not likely from water leaking so we made a plan to watch and will be back in touch with them if things change. He gave us a plan and we were not charged for this but we believe that this was the point we became invested as customers for good! Their way of service sold us!
