- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Emoji Team is upfront with our pricing - we will bid the job for materials and labor prior to beginning the job, and everything is in writing. Payment for labor and materials is expected upon completion of the job. We only accept Cash, CashApp and Venmo as forms of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One or more Emoji Team Members will arrive at the job site, meet with the customer, review the scope of work needing to be completed, and bid the job for labor and materials. Once the scope of work and bid are agreed to with the customer and in writing, the Emoji Team will complete the job to include cleaning up the mess.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Emoji Property Management has been in business since 2018, and the Emoji Team Members have a decade or more in experience with managing, and remedy and repair solutions in single family homes.
