- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fairly flexible on pricing. It mostly based on estimated time to complete the job and my base rate with some adjustments for non-standard factors like known complications and job difficulty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by making sure I understand what the customer is looking for specifically, I discuss expectations, and schedule the work at the customers convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Am an engineer by profession and have worked on houses fixing a little bit of anything and everything since I was young. I started learning from my father and continued learning throughout college working for other industry professionals and know have been helping out where I can on my own since 2019.
