- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do market research on how much job's are typically going for, then I do my best to offer deals and discounts accordingly- without sacrificing quality in the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on what the job is, I either send quotes before the job, or assess it on site. From there, if I move forward and complete the job. I usually accept payments upon completion of the job, and can accept over 5 different forms of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with a 501(c)3 organization and have helped them build: a school, a wellness center, and several houses. I received a portion of my training with that entity. My uncle is also an established handyman who has frequently given me tips and tricks throughout the life of my business.
