- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I dont,most of my services are set prices, If it is work that I consider misc work, I charge an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can either communicate with customer via thumbtack or by phone call to get details of work needed or scope of work. For larger jobs, I will even go out for a free estimate and put together a detailed estimate for all work and materials needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as technology continues to change there is always a need to re-train on specific methods and procedures,also Im always learning something new on thr job.
