- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no problem negotiating and I believe in fair pricing. I always offer discounts to repeat customers and a referral program!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call ahead of time introduce myself & get to know the customer. I ask them how I could help them customize my service to fit their needs. I build a relationship and ask about their family. So I can gain more insight of their needs, then I try to suggest services they may be able to use based on the things they mention during the conversation. Its their right to agree or disagree and I give the the opportunity to do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience and training from a cleaning company where I was previously employed.
