- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is upfront and competitive. If you are unsatisfied with your quote there are many options available to adjust your quote such as paint/product choices and materials. We offer a 5% discount for Seniors, Military, First Responders, Clergy, and Health Care workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-person appointment to meet with you and discuss your project needs. Our estimates are free of charge with no obligation. Typically for a standard home or business, we can gather the information we need for a quote in 15-30 minutes. Once we leave the site you will have your quote within 1 business day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an amazing team of painters and owners with decades of experience. Our brand has been around for over 10 years and we place a strong emphasis on training so we get your project done right.
