By far the best experience I've had with any contractor on a large job. Struggled with grass in backyard. Decided I wanted to replace the entire yard with flagstone and decomposed granite. Job was time bound and required that the sprinkler system remained intact and in damaged. Santos showed up on time to assess job and provide estimate. As a single lady, I knew what I wanted, but no clue on materials or amount. He walked me through the options and explained benefit of certain depths, barrier, etc. also pointing out that the level at my foundation was incorrect. The estimate was very fair and job proceeded. I cannot say enough about their actual work. On time, professional, CLEAN, excellent workmanship, and finished on time!!! I'm recommending them to everyone and will always use them going forward.

Sants Landscaping Service did an excellent adding soil, grading & leveling the yard and installing new sod. They went above and beyond and repaired damaged heads on my sprinkler system as well. I would recommend to anyone.

Santos and his crew are very thorough and do excellent work. I laid out the scope of work in Thumbtack. He did everything I requested and a few extras, and at the agreed upon time and price. It was a substantial job, sodding our yard, leveling, removal of debris and vegetation, etc., and they polished it off in about a day and a half. Very conscientious overall and about making sure the sprinkler system was fully operational afterwards. It was a great pleasure working with such a professional; I highly recommend Sants Landscaping.

Great Consultation! He understands the soil, plants, design elements, and budgetary limitations. Santo helped us understand what was occurring in our landscape that was failing over and over. The other contractors just wanted to throw a job together, however when problems occurred they were nowhere to be found. Santo is easy to reach, easy to work with, and "Listens to your needs" with various options, and lets you be in control of your decisions. His execution of our project was phenomenal. He is a keeper and will be continuing to work with our property.

first we talk or text by cell phone or the thumbtack app, we set up a appointment for a totally FREE estimate,and I meet them in the property, next we walk and talk about the project and talk about what's the best pricing for my customer and me, after we decided what we will do, we do a contract for being the project
