Called ten minutes AFTER scheduled appointment to say she would be late. I already knew you were late, you call after the scheduled time. Said she'd have someone here in 15 minutes. An hour later no call no show. NOT RELIABLE! Hire someone else!

I should have read the previous reviews, this young lady cannot be on time. I should have done the work myself.
