I don’t normally leave reviews, but these guys absolutely earned one. I hired Texas All Star Moving and Delivery for a short apartment move from a third-floor apartment to a first-floor apartment. Like many people, I was nervous about hiring movers after hearing so many horror stories, and my biggest concern was simply finding a company that would actually show up and do what they promised. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They were responsive, answered my questions, and followed through on everything they said they would do. That alone gave me confidence before moving day even arrived. On moving day, Shaq and Nate arrived a little later than scheduled, but that was because I missed their phone call. Once we got started around 8:30 AM, the two-man crew worked efficiently and professionally from start to finish. They had everything loaded in about two hours and completely unloaded, placed, and arranged in the new apartment by around 12:30 PM. What impressed me most wasn’t just how hard they worked—it was their attitude. They were polite, respectful, careful with the furniture, and happy to place items exactly where requested instead of simply dropping everything at the front door. They genuinely cared about making sure everything was where it belonged before they left. This move was actually a gift for someone very important to me, and she has moved several times before with nothing but bad experiences. After this move, she couldn’t stop talking about how smooth and stress-free everything was. Seeing her genuinely happy and relieved made this one of the best decisions I could have made. If you’re looking for a moving company that communicates well, follows through, works hard, and treats both you and your belongings with respect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Texas All Star Moving and Delivery. They turned what is usually one of the most stressful days into an easy, organized, and professional experience. Thank you for making the move such a positive one.
