- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is complicated. You would need to tell us what you need painted (ceilings, walls, or trim). How tall are your walls, how big are your rooms, how many cabinets you have, do you want the inside of the cabinets done. So please be detailed in your request for a bid. Also, do you want to change your existing sheen (flat, eggshell, semi-gloss or high gloss).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
NEVER give a painter money up front to begin the job. We have heard so many horror stories about painters receiving money and then never showing up to do the job.
