- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone knows that gas is crazy right now so gas is usually entered into pricing. There is a big difference in basic ingredients and higher end ingredients. Make sure you know which one you prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions to figure out exactly what does a customer have in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking as a hobby since 2002 and have received 3 College degrees in the past few years. I have worked in the cafe at Lockheed Martin, Choctaw Casino, and many other events. My mother is an event planner, so I cook for her events on occasion.
