- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are hourly, we give you the best quote possible upfront so there won’t be any hidden surprises at the end of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation to learn your wants and needs of the space. We talk about a budget if you want me to find better solutions for your spaces such as bins, containers, baskets, pantry accessories, etc. No worries if you don’t want to budget for any other items! I can still get the job done! Then we schedule a day for your service to be completed.
