Introduction: My program is holistic-based. I believe that fitness embodies mind, body and spirit. This is the basis of my best body best life philosophy. My other emphasis is detox. Detox is absolutely essential to losing weight and getting your body healthy and strong. I also offer online training. When I came to Eric I was the epitome of out of shape. Thinking that cardio was enough to get me the results I wanted. Eric put together a regimen for me taking into consideration my busy schedule and family demands. Eric pushed me farther than I thought I could go without pushing me too far in a professional and inviting manner. -Barbara, Fort Worth I love the challenge of reaching my client's fitness goals - whether it is getting into a sexy evening dress, preparing for a wedding or simply taking steps to get healthy!

Eric helped me to realize the importance of working out along with eating healthy as well. Upon arrival for my sessions Eric was always on time and willing to work around my busy schedule. When I felt like I couldn't do a particular exercise he would always say its no such word as CAN'T. He would keep pushing me until I reached my goal that was set for me. He always was very positive, when I felt I wasn't doing my best.After leaving a session I always felt positive and excited until the next session.

I received five strenuous workout sessions that were productive and definitely worthwhile. I was trained on how to work out effectively so that I would target all major muscles groups of the body. Within only five sessions I was able to see a difference with my body structure as well as weight. I gained muscle during this process and lost body fat. The experience trained me mentally and physically and has disciplined my fitness health.

Eric is the best trainer I have ever had. When I first started, he asked me what my goals were and he kept me accountable throughout even when it was a rest day. Additionally, the sessions were no joke. He is very docused on helping his clients achieve their goals. After 4months of training i was in the best shape I had ever been. Thanks Eric!!
