- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients receive the first training session free!! this helps you get a feel of how we train! First sessions always include body analysis and discussing what your fitness goals may be and how we are going to achieve them, followed by a trial workout.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up I was very overweight, I eventually got tired of my own bad habits and worked towards living a healthy lifestyle. After 8 months I was down 60 pounds and never felt better. Ever since then I've worked to become more knowledgeable at my craft. Now I work to give others that same fulfillment I found years ago.
