I am a certified MELT® Method instructors. Spend
fifteen minutes 3 - 4 days a week and be absolutely amazed at how much pain you have learned to live with and consider "normal". Utilize scientifically designed balls and/or soft rollers to minimize those hitches in your giddy-ups. It is easy to learn and once you master, you will be independent - no weekly classes or monthly workshops required.
Once you are pain-free movement becomes enjoyable again!
INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION:
My approach to nutrition is integrative as taught by Institute for Integrative Nutrition from which I am a graduate. My coaching focuses on your bio-individuality. What others may be able to eat and digest easily may cause you terrible pain, inflammation, or other challenges. But, your entire system needs to be nourished. If you are living in a constant state of deprivation and self-loathing I can promise you will not reach your goals. Let me teach you about primary and secondary food and how to feed your WHOLE body.
