- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We introduce ourselves and ask for general information regarding date/time 2. Once customer agrees to book Legacy Booth, we send the contract so the customer can review and ask questions. 3. A deposit is required to hold the date 4. We work on the print design and screen layout and communicate that to the customer for approval. 5. On event date, we setup 30-45 minutes prior to the start time. 6. Thirty minutes before rental time is up, we will notify customer and if customer would like to rent Legacy Booth for additional time, we can agree to that
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No training or education is needed to make people smile. We love to see people have a good time and laugh at the silly faces and poses that they make when taking pictures
