Very nice but made too many mistakes. Maybe starting to write things down so you don't misinterpret or forget would really help. Day of event I could not find her anywhere, only her assistant.

Anna, Thank you for your comments, I will take them into consideration. You are entitled to your opinion and review as well as I am to reply to this review. In the fiture it will be beneficial for you to be clear and especific on your emails as to what and how you need and want things done and try to avoid changing your mind so much. That will make it easier to have a clear understanding and more direct comunication with your event planner. As to the small absence when you only found my assistant to tell you I was gone briefly, allow me to assure you that I was attending everything and also that is the reason why I have an assistant, for situations like this. It is my duty as an event planner to make sure the event is a succes and avoid at all cost problems. Your D.J. had forgotten his battery at home and Begged me to Save the day and Bail him out as he could not leave the Venue to go by a bettery otherwise you would have not had any music at all, he provided me with his Credit Card, and even though It was NOT my responsibility to solve your D.J.’s problem I had the duty as your event planner your event will not become a Failure. Not only that but all the vendors as well had NO direction what so ever as to what to do or when to do, so clearly all the points you wanted to take control off were not clear to any one and we had to assist them to keep the flow of your event. So therefor I apologize for the small absence which by the way you were notified and explained as to the reason why. Please keep in mind as you are free to comment as you wish, that your feedback is public and it either will enrich or affect my business, I am sorry you felt we did not live upto your expectations and I regret the misunderstandings, please accept an apology.
