Referred by Best friend who is a makeup artist. Initially, I was going to go with another photographer/videographer as her prices are rather steep. But, she won me over during our face to face, plus she came as one of three referral choices. I loved my engagement pics. I did have to request the link for the pictures after a short while, approximately a month, but no biggie.
I called off my wedding, and during that time we became FB per her request. No issues. She's a business associate of my Best friend, so I didn't want there to be any issues. In lieu of a wedding, I had a party. I reached out to her the Monday before the 4th of July. She texted she'd call me in a couple of hours. I believe it was 2 days later, maybe 3, that she finally called. I asked for 2 particular shots that night. A shot of my guests with sparklers and a family pic of my Mom and her siblings. Long story short. I was disappointed that no family shot was taken and when that was expressed in email, she got defensive, said she did her duties per contract and final email said contact her lawyer. Wow! One can't be disappointed over spending $3200 on engagement pics, no hard copies, or USB. Just a link. And a request for a family pic that she later implied was my fault, mom's fault, best friend's fault and I guess God's fault that she didn't get the pic. A simple I'm sorry would have been sufficient.
I wouldn't recommend her. Not because of he quality of her work, because her pictures are amazing. However, because her personality can be off putting and she automatically goes into who is me mode. Hence, the reason I was happy to delete her as a FB friend after the party because all she does is complain. She fired an assistant when they got lost and was late to a shoot. Yet, she was lost and late to my party.
Hopefully I will get my digital edits of my engagement pics and of my party without her running crying to her lawyer that someone has an opinion that she doesn't agree with.
Buyer beware. You're not only buying her pics. You're buying time with her as well.

Beautiful pictures. But the follow through is lacking. She seems to be to busy in providing the proofs in a timely manner. It's been a month and still have yet to see the proofs. Constant excuses. The baby will be one year old before we can send out the birth announcements.

Your daughters edits were done and posted a mere 4 days after their due date, because of a studio move. Your daughter was compensated fairly for this. It's impossible to make everyone happy. Looks like you are set on being one of those people. Amanda and I have both emailed Tiffnay multiple times with the file link- and we can see that you've logged in to view files. Public allegations that are untrue are slander, which is a breach of your contract.
