FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free sessions to families (and high schoolers) who foster and adopt—proof of paperwork required at the time of booking and consultation because, sadly, we live in a world where anyone can lie. This ministry is near and dear to my heart, and to make some money still, I cannot offer every single person a free session, which is why I require proof of an adoption certification or foster license. *Due to the security of foster children, they will not be posted online for advertising purposes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The only difference between a new client and a returning one is that in our consultation, I introduce myself. With all clients, I have a free consultation a week or two before the session to discuss what they want, and then we have our session. After a few days, I will send out the proofs for the client to choose their desired number of photos required of the package, and I will then edit the images and send them out to the client within the next five days. I typically reach out to my clients a week later to see if they are satisfied with their photos and if they have any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken community college classes, online training classes, workshops, and Udemy classes. I have done self-taught training and have been mentored by two photographers.
