- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary with what the customer is looking for. I consider the travel distance and the post processing time before I quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know people and that's part of why I love my job. I'm not a clock watcher so I always stay with the customer until we both feel that we have what they are looking for
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography at the University of Southern Mississippi and also brushed up on it online with the New York Institute of Photography.
