- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I depends on the type of transaction. Often our services are paid by a secondary party and they cost you zero. Typically if your selling a home you would pay us 3% of a 6% commission. We will typically match any other offer that is competitor to our services
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with getting to know them and their needs. We develop clear goals and expectations of each other. When we meet a customer, we want them to be a customer for life and make them apart of our business family.
