It's all about you! I want to understand what you are looking for and be your partner to get you there. I utilized a collaborative and consultative resume coaching approach where we build the resume together through a career coaching experience. Through our conversations, I better understand the value you can bring to an organization and role to best present you. I don’t believe in just filling out a questionnaire and then sending you something back. By working together, we can set you up for most success. My personal, professional experience is both in business (specifically healthcare and IT) and education. I worked at an innovative healthcare IT solution company and more recently at an opioid epidemic solution company. Prior, I ran a non-profit and was a teacher. With a diverse career experience myself, I know the challenge presented when you want to change directions, make a small pivot, or get that next promotion. I have my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Vanderbilt University where I had the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple industries, job types, and businesses. My graduate degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance is where much of resume insights and approach began. I have coached and quantified accomplishments for individuals from executives to those looking for their first internship. It can be challenging to take the projects you have worked on and have them tell the story for your next position. I will work with you to learn about you and what you have done, so we can create the best presentation of your success. The main goal is to uncover what makes you successful! I love to work with people, learn about them/from them, and help make each other better!
