- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our expertise is in insurance claims. We specialize in denied, delayed, and underpaid claims. That being said, the insurance carrier is the one to foot the bill. The only cost to the homeowner is their deductible that they chose with their policy. If an insurance claim is not the route taken, we have competitive pricing to make sure you get taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, we start with a free, photo-documented roof inspection. Afterwards we help with where to go from there, whether it's file a claim, a reinspect, or repairs. Sometimes, it may be to just wait a while. Whatever the best route may be, we will be there the whole way!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors are HAAG Certified in Residential Roofs.
