- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive, and we will work with our customers' insurance companies to ensure all needed repairs are covered. Of course, pricing does depend on shingle choice, roof height and pitch, and variations in roof slope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It isn't much different than working with our existing customers, aside from getting needed information, determining their expectations and timeline for completion, and answering any questions they may have about us, our products, or the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Owner of Hill DB/Hill DB Roofing, I have more than 20 years of experience in the construction and roofing industry. Our employees are also highly trained and experienced, and hold OSHA safety certifications.
